In the "Finde den Fehler" campaign, the fintech company addresses, among other things, the disadvantage of certain groups of people when it comes to granting loans. The new formats show self-employed people, people with a migration background and single parents who are often inadequately provided with bank loans due to prevailing stereotypes. Another theme is the pressure to justify the desire for credit that many people experience when auditioning for a loan. As a resolution, the commercials show the alternative: with the help of digital technology and data in credit rating, Auxmoney is able to reduce bias and paternalism in lending and enable fair credit opportunities for everyone.
